Varinder Mohan Singhal is a senior Chartered Accountant with nearly 40 years of experience shaping complex tax and financial structures, particularly in areas where interpretive insight and informed judgement are critical across regulatory grey areas. His work extends beyond advisory execution to influencing interpretations and outcomes in taxation and compliance through sustained engagement with government authorities and policy forums.

He also advises capital-intensive ventures on financing frameworks and structural considerations, supporting disciplined approaches to risk and financial soundness. His professional contributions have been acknowledged by national institutions, including a Letter of Commendation from the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, and noted in national publications such as India Today.

Gagan Deep Singhal is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience spanning finance, enterprise leadership, and the development of capital-intensive ventures. His expertise in capital structuring and risk management underpins a disciplined approach to investment evaluation and capital deployment within complex regulatory environments.

Over the past two decades, he has founded and led multiple greenfield and long-term businesses across sectors including entertainment, healthcare, education, and renewable energy, successfully establishing projects that combine commercial viability with long-term operational stability. His entrepreneurial work has also been recognised in business circles, including being featured in Being a Business Baron , an exclusive publication by the Jagran Group highlighting leading entrepreneurs of Punjab, and receiving the Gems of North Award for excellence in outdoor entertainment.
