Her experience spans regulatory and contractual interpretation, business development, stakeholder management, operating frameworks, and multi-project execution, with particular experience in regulated and infrastructure-led environments.

At RVG Group, she leads execution across the portfolio, translating strategic priorities into operational outcomes and driving coordination across functions as projects progress from development through commissioning and into stable operations.

Varinder Mohan Singhal is a senior Chartered Accountant with nearly 40 years of experience shaping complex tax and financial structures, particularly in matters requiring interpretive insight and informed judgement where regulatory provisions are not explicit. His work extends beyond advisory execution to influencing interpretations and outcomes in taxation and compliance through sustained engagement with government authorities and policy forums.

His advisory work has extended to capital-intensive ventures, including financing and structural decisions where commercial viability, risk and financial soundness are closely interlinked. His professional contributions have been acknowledged by national institutions, including a Letter of Commendation from the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, and have also received recognition in India Today.

As Chairperson of RVG Group, he brings this depth of judgement to governance, regulatory oversight, and risk stewardship.

Gagan Deep Singhal is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience spanning finance, enterprise leadership, and the development of capital-intensive ventures. His expertise in capital structuring and risk management underpins a disciplined approach to investment evaluation and capital deployment across complex business environments.

Over the past two decades, he has founded and led greenfield enterprises across entertainment, healthcare, education, and renewable energy, building and operating businesses through successive stages of development and growth. His entrepreneurial achievements include being featured in Being a Business Baron, a Jagran Group publication profiling leading entrepreneurs of Punjab, and receiving the Gems of North Award for excellence in outdoor entertainment.

As Managing Director and Promoter of RVG Group, he leads the Group’s strategic direction and expansion of its renewable energy portfolio across multiple states, shaping RVG’s growth as a scalable renewable energy platform.
